I wake up every morning around 5:45-6:00 to the sounds of birds chirping, wood peckers pecking and the feel of the light breeze coming through the open window.
I will take this everyday. Summer...how I love thee.
The warmer weather was a bit of a slow start here in Halifax, but for the last week or so it's been perfect. The evenings do get a bit on the cooler side, especially if you are near water, which is why I think a summer blazer is a must have piece in your closet. Wherever you live.
It is a great transitional piece that can be worn through the fall and then again in the spring. It is also a nice change from the go to jean jacket.

Orange is the colour for summer! It is a colour that pairs well with every other colour and most people can wear it. Remember, there are very many different shades of orange so play around and choose the best colour for you.
